Colorado has season ski passes available to those who wish to try local skiing resorts. They are available for adults, teens and children and give unlimited access and few restrictions outside of the resorts that can be used.

When choosing the right ski passes for many of the Colorado skiing resorts, there are three that are available that offer complete access and a time of adventure for the entire skiing season. Passes are available for most age groups and are very reasonably priced. In fact, passes that are between two and three years old can be renewed, too.

The Summit Pass, once the Buddy Pass, allows skiers a no restrictions, unlimited access to the resorts at the Arapahoe Basin, Keystone and Breckenridge. Prices are $409 per adult, $319 per teen and $209 per child.

The Colorado Pass includes everything that the Summit Pass has, but adds on an extra ten days of skiing at Beaver Creek and Vail skiing resorts. However, some date restrictions to these additions may apply. Prices are $449 per adult, $339 per teen and $219 per child.

The Epic Pass gives unlimited and unrestricted access to the Arapahoe Basin, Heavenly, Keystone, Breckenridge, Beaver Creek and Vail skiing resorts. Prices are $579 per adult and $279 per child.

Certain rules do apply. New type passes have to be bought on the Labor Day Weekend. In fact, special discount passes are available for school children in grades five and six.
