Golf courses are in abundance during the summer season at many Colorado resorts. Special packages are available from the spring through the fall for golfers of all levels, including professional players who have found these resort courses to be amongst the best in the world.
Most golfing resorts are within or close to local skiing areas, offering a variety of accommodations to suit every budget. In fact, only a few of the more traditional golf resorts still exist and many of those are private clubs that are not open to the visiting public.
As golf is most popular, most resorts allow a minimum of seven days notice for advanced bookings. In fact, the chances of getting accommodation at the last minute are very difficult and the competition to get a golfing game can be rather strong.
