Some of the smoothest, fastest single track riding I've done is in Sun Valley. There are some cool bike races throughout the season. Not much offered for the downhill enthusiasts, but the resort has lift service for riders.

Growing up, my uncle use to troll Lake Cascade every morning and bring home his catch. Nowadays, I see Idaho fly fishing enthusiasts on the shores and inlets of many nearby lakes.

The biggest problem about going on a hike in Sun Valley is choosing which one? Some of my favorite Idaho hiking trails are in the Boulder Mountains just north of town.

The meandering highway north of Sun Valley leads up and over Galena Pass into the mountain town of Stanley, ID. Take in the mountains and rivers and spend a night in Stanley after enjoying this Idaho motorcycle tour!
