- 1876 Grand Ball (June) – a live and interactive honouring of the famous 1876 Grand Ball with actors playing the parts of General George Custer and his wife; includes original fiddle music, period type costumes, dancing, food and drinks, historical talks, a parade and complementary photographs
- Little Bighorn Days (June) – a festival celebrating the history and culture of the old days of Hardin and the surrounding area, including an art show, a barbeque, a circus, arts and crafts sales, live entertainment and music, free local museum tours, a parade, outdoor shopping, marksmanship and a fair
- St Xavier Amateur Rodeo (July) – an event for families with traditional kids' races, arena horse and livestock shows, live entertainment and music, holiday activities, food and drinks, fireworks, a parade, horse racing and a rodeo
