AllTrips Needs Your Help to Protect Our Destinations

AllTrips encourages each and every one of our Advertisers and Clients to follow our lead and take a sustainable approach to your business practices. We all love the places we live and work but want to do what we can to help protect them for future visitors.

Where to Begin

  • Begin a Self-Assessment
    The first step is to learn how you are impacting your environment so that you can begin to make measurable change.  For any business, the Yellowstone Business Partnership offers a 2-year course called Uncommon Sense that will help your business assess its impacts and areas of potential improvement.
  • Make a change!
    By becoming aware of where you are taxing the resources of a destination, you can begin to make changes to reduce or minimize that impact and save money, reduce costs and increase profits at the same time.
  • Further Education
    Learn from and support or join a local non-profit that teaches and supports sustainable business practices.  In the Yellowstone region, the Yellowstone Business Partnership exists to educate regional businesses on the impact they have on the region and teaches ways to improve and/or minimize negative impacts while increasing the bottom-line

AllTrips Green Leaf Program

In 2010, we introduced a Green Leaf Program to promote and highlight our eco conscious advertisers and partners. We set a list of standards we encouraged area businesses to strive towards. Goals vary for lodging properties and activity based businesses.  After meeting or exceeding a minimum of our guidelines you receive a place on our Green vacations lists, a Green Leaf next to your name throughout our travel guides and inclusion into our content encouraging green travel choices.


Paperless Billing System

In 2011, we are introducing a “Go Paperless’ Campaign in our billing and communication department. For years we have taken advantage of an eNewsletter and we continue to move forward with this in our billing department. We encourage you to evaluate receiving paper invoices and taking advantage of our online payment processing by going 100% paperless.

For every client that chooses to switch to virtual communication for billing and commits to making payments via our secure online program we will donate $5 per business to the foundation of their choice.
