The Hurdles to Overcome
RMR needed a better, more strategic digital marketing plan for growth in the increasingly competitive vacation rental marketplace in Jackson Hole. The focus of their digital marketing strategy came down to a refocus in several areas - specifically driving more direct bookings (less reliance on OTA's), improving ratings and reviews across review platforms, building customer loyalty through social media, and the analytics conversion tracking to see if it was even working.
